Information security solutions provider Digital Arts Inc. (headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Japan; CEO: Toshio Dogu; hereinafter referred to as “Digital Arts”; Code 2326) is pleased to announce that the price has been set for f-FILTER, the DLP and file transfer solution that enables secure file transfers through a system that prevents external leaks of important information releasing in October 2023.

f-FILTER Prevents Information Leaks through Secure File Transfer

　The safe and secure DLP/file transfer solution that protects your important information, f-FILTER, is equipped with five information leak prevention features; DLP, file identification, supervisor approval, antivirus, and file access rights management, as well as a file transfer feature. Service is set to begin in October 2023.

　Digital Arts has set the monthly fee of f-FILTER at 300 yen per license (excluding tax)* in order to make secure file transfer available to a larger number of customers regardless of company size.

　f-FILTER detects files containing malware or important information through a multi-layered inspection prior to file transfer, and blocks any problematic files. After the file is transferred, only designated users can access it. As well, logs of who accessed it can also be seen, providing peace of mind when sending files outside the company. Files can be both sent and received and will be stored for 30 days.

Connects with existing Digital Arts products to provide PPAP countermeasures and network DLP solution at a low price

　By connecting f-FILTER with email security product m-FILTER, email attachments can be automatically uploaded to f-FILTER. In addition, a download link is automatically attached to the body of the email and sent, allowing users to send the file without the hassle of uploading it. External leaks are avoided as the sent file can only be accessed by the user to whom the email is addressed. This add-on will also contain an optional feature that allows users to use PPAP countermeasures at the monthly price of 100 yen per license (excluding tax).

　In addition, when a file is uploaded to another company's cloud storage service via i-FILTER, the file will be inspected and blocked if it contains confidential information. This add-on will also contain an optional feature that allows users to inspect files at the monthly price of 100 yen per license (excluding tax). This add-on can also be used as a network DLP by connecting it with i-FILTER.
