Digital Arts signs exclusive distribution agreement with IdealRoute Consulting Inc. for the exclusive overseas sales of security product FinalCode

Information security solutions provider Digital Arts Inc. (headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Japan; CEO: Toshio Dogu; hereinafter referred to as "Digital Arts"; Code 2326) is pleased to announce that it has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with IdealRoute Consulting Inc. (headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Tadao Matsumoto; hereinafter referred to as "IdealRoute Consulting"; formerly "Digital Arts Consulting") for the sale of FinalCode in Asia beginning July 2024.

Global Development of File Security Product FinalCode

Digital Art's file security product, FinalCode, utilizes Information Rights Management (IRM) technology to safely protect files using three main elements; protect, track, and erase. The product controls the viewing and editing rights of files and only authorized users can open them. It also provides the ability to check access logs and delete files remotely when there has been a possible information leak.
Currently, FinalCode is sold primarily in Japan, but we have also seen high demand from other Asian countries and thus, it is being used around the globe.
Until now, the global development of FinalCode has been handled within the Digital Arts group by Digital Arts Consulting (now IdealRoute Consulting), a former subsidiary of Digital Arts, under the management of Digital Arts Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd.

Signed an Exclusive Distribution Agreement with IdealRoute Consulting, Inc.

Former subsidiary of Digital Arts, Digital Arts Consulting changed its name to IdealRoute Consulting in April 2024 following the transfer of all of its shares held by Digital Arts to CHANGE Holdings, Inc.
Believing in their wealth of knowledge gained during the global development of FinalCode as Digital Arts Consulting, IdealRoute Consulting was thus chosen to be the exclusive distributor of FinalCode overseas.
Digital Arts will work closely with IdealRoute Consulting to increase its market share in Asia and hopes to provide thorough, flexible support.
